Abstract

The Yogyakarta City Trade Office is a Regional Apparatus that has the mandate to assist the Mayor in carrying out government affairs in the trade sector. The Department of Trade has 4 sections, one of which is Facilities and Infrastructure. The Facility and Infrastructure Section must handle various complaints regarding facilities located throughout Pasar Kota Yogyakarta and these complaints can occur almost every day of the week. These complaints are classified into 2 types, namely repair, and maintenance with a work proportion system of 0%, 50%, and 100%. Due to the frequent occurrence of reports based on these categories, a Data Visualization system is needed to make it easier for Facility and Infrastructure officers to prioritize these complaints based on the percentage graph displayed. The graph in the form of a bar chart on the Data Visualization system will display the number of repairs and maintenance that have occurred, namely on a date-to-date, month-to-month, and year-to-year basis. And there is also a pie chart that will display the process of the proportion of job descriptions in the form of 0%, 50%, and 100% which will make it easier for officers to handle an unresolved complaint by looking at the graph and then looking at the details contained in the job description feature. This system has also been tested using the User Acceptance Test UAT test, namely by showing a 90% result that can be accepted by officers of the Facilities and Infrastructure Section of the Yogyakarta City Trade Service. And functional tests have also been carried out using the black box method with the expected results.
