Abstract

The G120TP-A Grob aircraft has an Oil system, this system plays a very important role. In flight operations as lubrication of components that are directly connected to the oil system. In flight operations as lubrication of components that are directly connected to the oil system. Trouble analysis that appears in the Over temperature oil system is based on observations and information obtained from field instructors. In addition to using the observation method, this study also uses the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the cause of the Over temperature oil system. After knowing the problem, a process of inspection and handling of the occurrence of the Over Temperature Oil System is carried out, obtained from the HAR book of the Grob G120TP-A aircraft, periodic inspection, as well as the results of interviews with relevant sources to prevent over temperature, maintenance is required in the form of replacement of the certain components, including replacement of eroding seals, bearings.
