Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in aircraft MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services. PT. XYZ is currently the best MRO service company in Indonesia by providing integrated solutions for all its customers. In PT. XYZ there is a Learning Services Unit which has the task of organizing education and training. In accordance with PT. XYZ's current plan, the Learning Services Unit is focused on preparing to spin off to become a subsidiary engaged in the Training Provider sector. This study aims to determine what the business model of the subsidiary to be established will be and conduct a business feasibility study, whether it is feasible to run or not. The business model is described by a business model canvas consisting of nine components, namely customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structure. After knowing what the business model is like, then a business feasibility study is carried out using the marketing aspects, organizational & management aspects, technical aspects, and financial aspects. The results of this study are based on the business model canvas which has the following value propositions: (1) Highly qualified instructors with years of experience in aircraft maintenance; (2) Aircraft access for training; (3) Spacious classrooms including ACT instructors for Airbus qualified training classes; (4) Training that can be customized to customer needs; and based on the aspects processed for the establishment of this subsidiary, it is declared feasible
