Abstract

Air transportation is exist in society with various advantages. Some advantages are having high mobility and long range distance with relatively short time. With these advantages, the community does not need to worry about the long journey to the destination. In order to maintain safety and comfort during the flight, maintenance activities need to be held. The purposes of this resource are to determine the results of the calculation of the initial implementation of Reliability Control Program Manual (RCPM) EC155B1 Eurocopter helicopter and determine calculation of Reliability Control Program Manual (RCPM) which is effective when implemented in EC155B1 Eurocopter helicopter. The method used is normal distribution method applied to Reliability Control Program Manual (RCPM). The initial application calculation results using the reliability control program manual (RCPM) on the defect monitoring data 2017 and 2018 are ineffective. The implementation of Reliability Control Program Manual (RCPM) could be effectively used depending on certain calculation of time intervals and calculation of the Alert Levels used formulas. Calculations within 3 months intervals effective using the Alert Level formula of AL = x + (2 SD). Calculation within 6 months intervals effective using the Alert Level formula of AL = x + (3 SD). Calculation within 12 months intervals effective using the Alert Level formula of AL = x + (3.2 SD). Calculation using AL = x+ 1.3 of Alert Level formula is not effective for the three performed time intervals.
