Abstract

Sriwijaya Air is one of the largest airlines in Indonesia flying more than 950,000 passengers every month. Reaching 53 destinations include three countries at regional level and tourist destination areas other popular ones throughout Indonesia. Sriwijaya Air concentrates on business passenger flights and freight services, with a range national and regional. Since its founding on November 10 2003, Sriwijaya Air successfully achieved the targets packaged in its mission and vision. Sriwijaya Air airline flight delays on routes from and to Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport during the months of April, May, June, July, August and September 2019. Schedule delay issues Aviation requires handling and is the overall responsibility Sriwijaya Air airline work unit. So it is necessary to analyze airline flight delays Sriwijaya Air Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport Branch with Seven Tools method. The use of the Seven Tools method aims to analyze factors causes of delays, analyzing when delays often occur over a 3 month period (July, August, and September 2019), and analyzed The greatest delays fall into categories I, II, III, IV, V, or VI according to the type of delay category regulated in (Articles 2, 3 and 4 of the Regulations Minister of Transportation Number 89 of 2015).
