Abstract
Any scheduled commercial flight in particular flights of air traffic control supervisor or Air Traffic controllers. With the development of technology, resulted in increasing traffic density flight due to the increasing need for air transportation. Juanda airport as one of the largest and busiest airport in Indonesia was after Jakarta and Denpassar, the number of flights are there in 1 day or less reached 400 flight schedule and it not including non regular flights and flights military conducted by the TNI-AL. Number of holding in this research is of 5385 minutes in 10 days. The calculation is based on the holding time guide Approach landing in at Juanda airport that is dependent on patrol procedure, patrol procedures it was runway 28 arrival continued with Instrument Landing System ILS Runway 10 and Runway 10 is continued with the arrival of the instrument Landing System ILS 10 a time guide as seen from the discussion. The cost of holding within 10 days is 255,787.5 kg is assumed to be 1 liter = 0.76 kg of fuel so that the results obtained by the Division amounted to 336,562.5 litres so to know how much does it cost to be paid is amounting to RP 3,404,329,688.
