Abstract
New Yogyakarta International Airport planning that is under construction has 3,250 meters runway length and is expected to be able to land aircraft type B747-400. The position of the fire station has been determined in the initial planning of the construction. The purpose of this research is to adjust the supporting ability to meet these expectations, including the ability of fire fighting. Based on General Director of Civil Aviation Regulation Number KP.14 of 2015, the fire fighting station at New Yogyakarta International Airport is needed to be fulfilled. The airport needs to identify the location that might over-run the aircraft and result an accident. There are 3 parts where aircraft accidents may be happened, namely the western, southern and eastern parts. It is necessary to determine the route of action and carry out fire fighting action simulations to find out the result of the time response to relief efforts in the event of an aircraft accident at the airport. Based on General Director of Civil Aviation Regulation Number KP.14 of 2015, the ability of New Yogyakarta International Airport's Fire Fighting is set to have a minimum level of Fire Fighting Cat-9 with a minimum number of 100 personnels where 9 personnels act as the main vehicle operator, 2 personnels as command car operators, 2 personnels as nurse tender operators, 6 personnels as ambulance operators, 2 personnels as utility operators, 2 personnels as mobile post command and 2 personnels as maintenance engineering officers. The types and number of complete vehicles that must be met are 3 main vehicles, 1 commando car, 1 nurse tender, 3 ambulances, 1 utility car and 1 mobile post command. The result of the time response obtained in the nearest route is 1 minute 19 seconds and in the furthest route is 3 minutes 18 seconds
