Abstract
In the learning process, there is a communication process that takes place in a system, and in it there is learning media as a component of the learning system. Using media in the learning process must be based on true philosophical or theoretical reasons. Learning media to calculate the circumference of a flat plane based on a desktop is designed as a learning medium for fourth grade elementary school students in calculating the circumference of a flat plane in the form of a desktop-based animation. Research library method or library research. The data sources used are primary and secondary data from Thematic books seven and several journals on the theory of flat plane calculations. The results of testing the application using a questionnaire with correspondence of 17 users with a success rate using the Likert scale calculation with the result of the average value is 2.8, namely the value of the ""good"" criterion interval with the quality of assessment A. And the second test through the YouTube platform has been published social media the YouTube platform gets 64 views, and 16 comments. The results have been shown 63 times and received 16 comments.
