Abstract

El Tari Kupang Airport is an airport managed by PT Angkasa Pura I and serves around 17 domestic flights and 1 international flight with 9 operating airlines. The current condition is that El Tari Kupang Airport is carrying out airport innovation or development. As for meeting the technical requirements for the operation of technical facilities and services at airports, things that must be considered include paying attention to passenger movement data at the airport and using standards in skep/77/VI/2005 and PM 178 of 2015. Technical requirements for operating facilities The current El Tari Kupang airport terminal building techniques are all fulfilled and according to standards based on existing conditions according to SKEP 77/VI/2005 and based on standard calculation results. El Tari Kupang airport terminal facility services according to PM 178 of 2015 at El Tari Airport Kupang is that the Departure and Arrival Process for Passengers all meet the standards, for assessing the comfort of the parking area it is still not up to the standard, namely 68.74%, the availability of Trolleys still does not meet the standards because the fulfillment value is only 18%. The remainder of the comfort assessment of service standards according to PM 178 of 2015 is met and meets standards
