Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of K3 Culture, Work Discipline, Training and Work Competence on Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Tambi UP Tambi Kejajar. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The sample obtained was 51 people from all 104 employees of PT Perkebunan Tambi UP Tambi Kejajar. The data collection process uses a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The technique of testing this research questionnaire uses validity test, reliability test, and normality test. The data analysis technique uses a classic assumption test consisting of (multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression analysis test. Hypothesis testing consists of t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that employee performance has increased as evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression analysis on all independent variables which are positive K3 Culture of 0.518 Work Discipline of 0.150 Training and Work Competence of 0.426, meaning that every one unit increase in the independent variable will improve employee performance. The results of the t test conducted show that partially K3 Culture, Training and Work Competencies have an effect on employee performance, while Work Discipline partially has no effect on Employee Performance. The results of the f test conducted show that simultaneously K3 Culture, Work Discipline, Training and Work Competencies have an effect on Employee Performance.
