Abstract

Many things affect the success of a college, one of which is coordination between employees. Senior employees may not be able to develop a college compared with junior staff, hence placement of an ideal position for employees can spur more leverage performance. To assist the problem is needed Decision Support System Determination Of Ideal Position Employee Educators And Educational With Genetic Algorithm Based On Web. The method used for data collection as reference material and reference in making web-based decision support system is the method of observation, interview and bibliography. The method used as the basis of the theory of making decision support system is the method of genetic algorithm. The results of research that has been done can be concluded that this system can only be used as a reference in selecting employees who prioritized for certain positions because the employee who can be selected only employees who have permanent status. The other conclusion that the user of this system must have employee insight in Adisutjipto Collage Of Technology (STTA).
