Abstract

There is a car rental application that uses manual and some are computerized. The use of computers in the management of this car rental business is in the form of recording the time of the rented car or the time the car is returned and the amount of the rental fee. In making an Android based car rental application using Xammp 1.7.7 for Windows 32. System test results that this application can run well on a minimum Android version of API 13: Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and for testing providers for applications based Android for admin runs well with an average access speed of 7.25 per second and for Android-based applications for users running well with an average access speed of 7.75 per second
