Abstract

President Nicolau Lobato International Airport Dili Timor-Leste which is one of the airports in Timor Leste that is busy in handling the dense flight schedule. This study aims to determine the estimated number of increased aircraft, passenger and cargo movements until 2030, analyze the runway, taxiway and apron for Boeing 737-900ER aircraft, and landing aids based on ICAO standards. Data collection for the study was carried out by observation and interviews with President Nicolau Lobato International Airport Dili Timor-Leste. To determine the results of the study, the author uses a forecasting method. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the estimated number of aircraft movements continued to increase from 2017 with the number of aircraft as many as 6640 to 2030 with the number of aircraft as many as 9563, the estimated passenger movement also continued to increase from 2017 with the number of passengers as many as 124710 passengers to 2030 with the number of passengers as many as 189351 passengers and the estimated cargo movement also continued to increase from 2017 with the number of cargo as many as 576728 kg to 2030 with the number of cargo as many as 1036177 kg. After analyzing the runway, taxiway and apron, the results of the runway for the B737/900 ER aircraft service were obtained by analyzing the aircraft's MTOW during takeoff at the runway of Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport of (the smallest value taken) = 71,500 kg and the length of the runway of 1849 meters, the final correction result of the three corrections above was 2126.35, the taxiway with a size of 102.5 m x 30 m can be used by Boeing 737-900 aircraft and the apron can accommodate 4 Boeing 737-900 aircraft with a size of 210 m x 87 m, and the placement of landing aid facilities in accordance with ICAO standards.
