Abstract

In the world of aviation, especially aircraft maintenance, safety is very important so that the aircraft is airworthy. Schedule maintenance is a planned maintenance carried out with future thinking, control, and recording according to a predetermined plan. So that maintenance planning is needed as well as possible in the maintenance schedule. The 043 Engineering Squadron carried out minor maintenance on the KT-1B Woong Bee aircraft, which is an advanced training aircraft for AU carbolic students. By making a maintenance program plan on the KT-1B Woong Bee aircraft, it is intended to facilitate maintenance monitoring. Before making a plan, you must collect information and data related to all activities that might occur. Then analyze the various information and data that have been collected and classify them based on importance. After that, prepare detailed implementation steps including scheduling. In the maintenance schedule planning made by this author, it includes the calculation of next due, remaining, and estimate. After the calculation is carried out, the planning results will be obtained in the form of an estimated date when the maintenance will be carried out. Then from the results of the author's analysis, it can be seen that there is an implementation that is not the same as the planning that was made. This is because there are several factors such as waiting for stock of spare parts or trouble before time. However, by making this plan, it makes it easier for technicians to organize the work that must be done first so that it is better prepared.
