Abstract

The Grob G 120 TP-A aircraft is a basic training aircraft in the 101st Education Squadron at Adisutjipto Air Base, Yogyakarta. In the utilization of these aircraft, several factors sometimes do not comply with plans. Litilization at the beginning of each year, making it difficult to predict maintenance schedules and predict maintenance cost plans, especially periodic inspection maintenance. In this case, it is necessary to calculate the estimated costs for periodic inspections quickly and efficiently to determine the use of costs for periodic inspections in the future and to guarantee the availability of costs. Calculation of estimated costs for the periodic inspection type using the least square trend method for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years with the Ms program. Excel in the calculations. The periodic inspection activities carried out are PI 100 JT, PI 300 JT, PI -600 JT with requirements parameters in the form of spare parts, consumable materials, PI implementation data from 2016 to 2018, and PI implementation plans for 2019 and 2020. The results of calculating periodic inspection costs for 3 years before 2019 showed that the total PI maintenance costs for the Grob G 120 TP-A aircraft in 2016 were IDR. 897,100,600, in 2017 amounting to Rp. 1,315,420,200 and in 2018 it was IDR. 990,260,400. Estimating the cost of periodic inspection of the Grob G 120 TP-A aircraft using the least square trend method to obtain results in the 2019 fiscal year requires a cost of Rp. 1,160,753,533 and the 2020 budget year requires a cost of Rp. 1,207,333,433. In the -difference in results calculations, it is known that the estimation calculation using the least square trend method with the P.1 plan calculation has a difference in 2019 with a value of Rp. 288,833, then in 2020 with a value of Rp. 1,519,533.
