Abstract

Air transportation traffic data shows that the growth in the use of air transportation is increasing every year. From the data obtained, the number of passengers and aircraft in 2014 to 2018 through I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport has increased, except in 2015 which experienced a decrease but it was not significant. In this study, the aim is to find out the trend of passenger and aircraft growth as well as the needs of the passenger terminal and apron area in 2030. The method used in forecasting the number of passengers was the simple linear regression method. For the calculation of the needs of the passenger terminal area, SKEP 77 / VI / 2005 and SNI 03-7046-2004 were used, while apron calculations are used for calculations from JICA and ICAO. The conclusion of this thesis, shows that additional area is needed for services in 2030, such as the departure hall which requires a total area is 7,152.75 m2 for the domestic terminal and 13,998.6 m2 for the international terminal, as well as the arrival hall area with a total area is 7,462,125 m2 for domestic terminals and 10,811,625 m2 for international terminals. As for the check-in couter facility, additional units for service in 2030 are needed with a total of 69 units for domestic terminals and 166 units for international terminals, as well as immigration counters with a total of 81 units at international arrival terminals and 74 units at departure terminals. The apron requires a total of 52 parking stands with a total area is 448,368,195 m2.
