Abstract

Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta is an airport located in Yogyakarta. Adisutjipto International Airport is managed by Angkasa Pura II and the Indonesian Air Force Base. Adisutjipto Airport has two functions, namely for civil and military flights. This results in frequent delays in civil flights so that on-time performance is not achieved by airlines operating at this airport. From the data obtained, the level of on-time performance at Adisutjipto International Airport is known that the achievement of on-time for each airline does not reach 75%. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence flight delays. The data obtained from this study are primary data in the form of flight number data and flight delay data per category where there are 4 categories, namely categories I, II, III and cancel at Adisutjipto International Airport, the data obtained were analyzed using fishbone diagrams and multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence and how much influence they have on the number of flight delays at Adisutjipto International Airport, Yogyakarta. From the analysis that has been done, it is known that the delay category I factor that has the greatest influence on delay in category I is the operational factor and technical factor, while for the weather factor it does not have much influence because the regression value is negative, the delay category II factor that has the greatest influence on delay in category II is the technical factor and the weather factor, while for the operational factor it does not have much influence on the amount of delay, the delay category III factor that has the greatest influence on delay in category III is the technical factor and the weather factor, while for the operational factor it does not have much influence on the amount of delay. The delay category cancel factor that has the greatest influence on delay in the cancel category is the weather factor, while for the operational and technical factors it does not have much influence on the amount of delay. The delay category all categories the factor that has the greatest influence on delay in category II is the technical factor and the operational factor, while for the weather factor it does not have much influence on the amount of delay
