Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Safety Management System SMS and Air Traffic Controllers on Flight Safety at A.A. Bere Tallo Airport, Atambua, East Nusa Tenggara. This study is a quantitative study with a survey approach, where data is obtained through primary data obtained from direct observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to A.A. Bere Tallo Airport officers, Atambua. The population in this study was A.A. Bere Tallo Airport Officers totaling 40 forty respondents. Data was collected through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a rating scale model. The data analysis method used in this study used correlation and multiple linear regression. The results of the data analysis can be concluded as follows: 1 The implementation of the Safety Management System SMS has a positive and significant effect on flight safety, 2 Air Traffic Controllers have a positive and significant effect on flight safety.
