Abstract
This research aims to determine the characteristics of STTA graduates Yogyakarta and find out the best model to estimate the factors that can influences the success of students' studies, especially STTA graduates Yogyakarta. The method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with the help of LISREL 9.10 using distributed questionnaire data to alumni for 2016-2019 and supporting data in the database graduation with a sample of 267. The research results show that 50% of STTA graduates have an average GPA in the range of 3.51-4.00, 55% work in the private sector, receive a salary of 4-6 million as much as 34%, for the length of study at D3 level already achieved 100% graduation on time for the length of study at undergraduate level Only 35% of respondents graduated on time and the average wait was long work for 2-6 months is 49%. To estimate factors success of STTA graduates, the best model is to use 3 variables Latent factors are internal & external factors (F2), Process (PRS), and SKS (Success). With The indicators are age, parents' income, length of thesis, type of place residence, GPA, and length of study.
