Abstract

Having a residence is one of the main aspects for the community, thus making housing a very popular property. Completeness of facilities, guaranteed security and environmental cleanliness are the main factors that make housing much popular, but housing residents are generally office workers who spend a lot of time at work, so they often do not have time to report housing-related problems with the developer. Therefore, an application called Residence Report was developed to make it easier for housing residents to submit reports. The main feature of the Residence Report application is reporting, in this feature housing residents can make reports in the form of reports which will later be reviewed by the admin, then housing residents can also monitor the process of completing the report through the application. The creation of this application uses Android Studio software, Flutter Framework and Dart Programming Language so that this application can run on smartphones with android and iOS operating systems. The tests carried out are testing application features on several smartphone devices and also testing map accuracy. This Residence Report application can connect housing residents, developers and related officers in housing monitoring and maintenance.
