Abstract

The Pengkok Kapanewon Patuk Village Government plans to build a village economic center by utilizing village-owned land, to avoid any losses or deficiencies during development, the local village government requires a master plan in the form of a 3-dimensional visualization of the building plan. The building plan consists of a BUMDes (Village Owned Enterprise) building, shop houses, parking lots and open areas that can be used for village events. In this visualization application, using characters from a first-person perspective as a medium for users to see 3-dimensional building structures, users can also walk around the building area using controls on the keyboard and see the details of each building. In making this 3-dimensional visualization, the object to be used is created using the Blender 3D application and the preparation of the visualization is done using the Unity application. The final result of this 3-dimensional visualization application is a desktop application that can help the village government to see the structure and details of the Pengkok Village economic center building plan. The results of testing the functionality of the application, all functions run well and in user testing from 37 respondents calculated using a Likert scale, the application gets a percentage of 83.242% which belongs to the "Very Good" category, and the application can run well on a minimum Windows 8 device
