Abstract

The KT 1B Wong Bee aircraft is a training aircraft located at Skatek 043 which is given intensive maintenance on each system, one of which is the Environmental Control System ECS . Environmental Control System ECS is an additional system that is installed on aircraft with the aim of making pilots feel comfortable in carrying out their duties. Damage that occurs in the Environmental Control System ECS can cause High Temperatures in the turbine and cockpit to prevent failures so that periodic maintenance must be carried out. Trouble analysis that appears on High Temperature is based on observations and information obtained from field instructors. In addition to using the observation method, this study also uses the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the cause of Trouble High Temperature. After knowing the problem, the inspection and troubleshooting process is carried out to resolve and overcome these problems. Perform troubleshooting inspections Based on Ref. KT 1 B Table 1 4. Fault Code 31A3ZZ page 3 10 regarding Fault isolation high temperature on the cockpit, and it was found that the cause of the trouble high temperature was the reduced rotation of the compressor turbine due to reduced power supply and the maintenance time limit of 1500 flight hours was reached.
