Abstract

In 2022, Indonesia will send the most Umrah pilgrims, with 1,006,306 pilgrims. Rihaal Umroh and Education Yogyakarta is a travel agency providing Umrah, Hajj, and religious tourism packages. In selecting airlines, Rihaal does not yet have a specific method. This study aims at prioritizing criteria and sub-criteria that are factors in airline selection and the priority of the best airlines. The fuzzy AHP method aims to find the weight value of airline selection criteria, while the CODAS method is used to rank alternatives. The results of the fuzzy AHP-CODAS calculation resulted in the best airline priority, namely Saudia Airlines with a weight of 2,713, the second place was Garuda Indonesia (2,649), and the third was Batik Air (-1,309), with the primary selection criterion being ticket prices.
