Abstract
Maintenance is all activities carried out to maintain the condition of an aircraft. The ideal condition that airlines expect when deciding to maintain their aircraft is the accuracy of maintenance work in accordance with the TAT that has been made. One way to ensure the accuracy of maintenance work in accordance with the TAT is through ensuring the availability of materials needed during the maintenance process. In one of the aircraft MRO companies, there is often a delay in handling aircraft maintenance, one of which is C-check maintenance. The company often experiences problems in the supply chain, especially the materials that will be used when the aircraft is carrying out maintenance. Supply chain problems that occur can be influenced by several factors including constrained material inventory or stock levels of C-check maintenance components or materials that will be carried out. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the availability of the use of material components in Boeing 737 C-check maintenance using the Minimum-maximum stock level method at Batam Aero Technic (BAT). The Minimum-Maximum Stock Level (MMSL) method is a method used to calculate the minimum and maximum stock amounts of C-check Maintenance material components. Basically, this method is one of the stock inventory control methods based on the assumption that if the inventory has crossed the minimum limits and is approaching the safety stock limit, a reorder must be made. In the calculation results, the minimum and maximum limits of the inventory of C-check material components that experience inventory vacancies when performing C-check maintenance on Boeing 737-800NG aircraft are obtained.
