Abstract

Basically, the AOLT unit is a unit assigned to an airport area, covering the Terminal and Landisde areas. The task of AOLT officers is to continuously monitor all airport support services to improve the quality of operational services at the airport. Therefore, the workload and performance of AOLT officers must be considered to improve the quality of operational services in the airport area. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and employee performance on the quality of operational services of the Airport Operation Landside and Terminal unit and to find out how much influence this is. This study used quantitative methods. The data collection process in this study used primary data. Primary data sources were obtained through interview sand questionnaire distribution which was distributed directly to Airport Operation Landside and Terminal officers at Yogyakarta International Airport. Data analysis techniques in this study used normality tests, multi coloniality tests, heterosced asticity tests, multiple regression analysis, T statistical tests, F statistical tests (ANOVA), and coefficients of determination. The results of this study show that based on the results of the anova test, it can be seen the F calculate > F table value that can be obtained (25.067 > 4.171) and shows the sig value < a significant level (0.000 < 0.05) for workload variables and overall employee performance has a significant effect on the quality of operational services. The value determined, namely the Adjusted R Square value shows that the relationship of 0.601 or 60.1% can be interpreted that significantly the variables of work load and employee performance on the quality of operational services have an influence of 60.1% of 100% have the remaining 39.9% of other factors from internal and external that can affect the quality of service in an airport.
