Abstract

Maintenance is a combination of management procedures and maintenance duties, maintenance programs can run well requiring an integrated organizational structure with qualified personnel to carry out aircraft maintenance in accordance with what has been planned can be achieved with efficient use of resources in the completion of a job so that it can be faster in completing aircraft maintenance fly. The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing Manhours the C02-Check maintenance planning of Airbus A320 aircraft using the Precedence Diagram Method in Batam Aero Technic BAT The PDM method is a network that includes the classification of activities within the node or Activity On Node AON. Activities are written in rectangles, while arrows as clues to the relationship between activities, in addition to sharpening the priorities of the PDM method also strive to increase efficiency in project management so that maximum results are achieved and networks become simpler. The results of analysis and surveys have been carried out to make the work network more efficient from the planned processing time and can determine the path of curitis in the C02-Check treatment. Done by changing several constraints on activities that can be done simultaneously to maximize personnel performance so that the C02-Check can be completed within 27 days which initially takes 28 days.
