Abstract

The mighty flightschool in the hangar maintains maintenance on the piper pa28 trainees, which aircraft maintenance manual (AMM). Continuous inspection activities include inspection, cleaning and replacement with specific time intervals. On the piper pa28 implementation of the treatment of the piper pa28 flight hours, the complete inspection was made of the total activity of the estimated 100 and 300 flight hours. Implementation of the 600 flight hours will require an estimate of component supply costs to prepare and minimize component supply costs. To minimize the cost in determining the inventory of the components. Analysis of the research involves a method of economic order indicators (EOQ) by calculating reorder points, in which reorder points is the inventory cycle. Each supply cycle takes place during a cycle of time (T), which means each (T) isreordered. Length (T) equals the proportionate proportion of demand needs (D) that can be met by (Q) and do total inventory costs (TIC) and multiplied by Microsoft word and excel. The results of the testing were obtained a EOQ value of 312 units, a 46 unit value and a TIC value of Rp. 1,466,686,709, which means for EOQ, roller and TIC results (D), order costs (S), storage fees, per unit prices (P) and lead time (L).
