Abstract

The objective of this research is to design water atomizer machine.This research begins with the design of machine components such as; framework, disk, direct current motor, water regulator. Then the components are complemented by other components such as;water pumps, adaptors, water distribution components, electricity distribution components,and water control components. The results of this research that design tools is water atomizer with 2500 rpm direct motor, its size 4.5 cm in height. The disk was made of mica with 12 cm of diameter, thickness 2 mm and entry of water control devices with a wide of 1 cm and 9 cm high. Then these components are applied in framework of iron with a thickness of 2 mm, 12 cm in diameter and 9 cm in high. Water atomizer design is equipped with several components including the adaptor with size, 12 cm in wide, 10 cm in heigh and 15 cm in lenght. Water reservoir 60 cm in height and 25 cm in diameter and it has a capacity of 40 liters. Water pump with specification; 1500 liters/second inflow rate, 1.5 m in maximum head and power source; AC 220 V/ 240 V, 50 Hz., 28 Watt. The experimental resuls show that the tool is capable of "kubung"(green) house with room-sized at 250 cm in height, 300 cm in width and 600 cm in length, with three points evenly appliance placement
