Abstract

In the era of globalization like today, there are many types of industries that can meet human needs. However, the emergence of types of industries will also have an impact that will be caused by the industry, namely the negative impact produced by the industry, namely waste. PT. Adi Satria Abadi is one of the leather processing companies, which processes cow and sheep skin. PT. Adi Satria Abadi produces a lot of liquid waste where the waste is produced from the wet production section. Waste processing is considered less effective because, according to the quality standards for waste produced by the company, there are several parameters that do not meet the requirements so that in this case the company must improve the parameters that have not been met according to the standards that have been set regarding the activities of the Leather Tanning Industry Using Chrome. Alternative selection uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. There are 4 criteria and are divided into 11 sub-criteria with 4 alternatives. The final result of the calculation is the first rank is A4 with a priority weight of 0.339. The second rank is system A3 with a weight of 0.336. The third rank is A2 with a weight of 0.219. The fourth rank is A1 with a weight of 0.052.
