Abstract

Each protocol routing has its excess and deficiency of each. Where Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) and Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) is routing different protocols and the most widely used in the network. EIGRP is product of Cisco that only runs on protocol routing certain. Differences in characteristics caused some problems in the shipment of data packets. Different routing protocols can’t automatically connected. That to connect a used of certain technique called route redistribute, route redistribute will short be distribute route according to the conditions. In the forward routing protocol test is done with ping test, and obtained the value of Quality of Service (Qos) consisting of Loss, Delay, Throughput, Jitter. The analysis data in the results showed of different OSPF and EIGRP performance. Routing test OSPF is better, with ping test only takes 8.2ms 8.6ms adrift of EIGRP. The test results on Delay, Throughput and jitter better value than EIGRP OSPF with value Delay 4.1 Lowest Rate (OSPF) and 4.3 (Value EIGRP), value throughput 62.439 Highest Rate (OSPF) and 59.5349 (Score EIGRP), and value Jitter 1.025 Lowest Rate (OSPF) and 1.075 (Value EIGRP). While at work ping test crossword Delay, Throughput and Jitter on EIGRP to OSPF better than OSPF to EIGRP with value Average Delay low 6 (Value EIGRP into OSPF) and 6.3 (Values OSPF to EIGRP), Highest score Throughput 42.6667 (Value EIGRP into OSPF) and 40.6349, (Values OSPF to EIGRP), and Value jitter 1.5 and the lowest (Value EIGRP into OSPF) and 1.575 (Value OSPF to EIGRP).
