Abstract
Nowdays technological development is something we cannot afford to avoid anymore, but we can use it as a tool in daily life or help the work become easier and more contRolled. Unmanned aircraft vehicle (UAV) is one type of technology that is developing where the aircraft can be operated through a remote control, which means the aircraft flew without a crew. In addition to the flight control system being the focus of attention in the development of existing technology, the landing process is also an important part because the aircraft is contRolled without a crew so that it requires high accuracy. The landing system on the UAV requires a landing gear. Control of the landing gear landing system is controlled by a servo motor as a driving motor operated by arduino as a microcontroller. The servo motor control uses information obtained from several sensors, namely, gyroscope, and ultrasonic. This system is designed to support the UAV body which weighs more than 1 kg and is expected to achieve a high level of balancing during operation based on the angular values produced by the gyroscope. From the results of robotic landing gear system research, by utilizing the gyroscope sensor as an angle determinant for balancing and using a linear servo motor design, the system can lift loads up to 2.5 kg with a maximum angle of not more than 5 °
