Abstract
PUNA (Pesawat Udara Nir Awak) is a type of aircraft that is controlled by a remote control system via radio waves to carry out certain missions, nowadays the use of PUNA is applied in various fields. PUNA has various shapes, sizes, configurations and characters so that the importance of the PUNA manufacturing process itself is very important, in this case accuracy in terms of design. This was done to determine the PUNA design process, and to compare the fuselage geometry of the initial design with the results of the manufacture using 2 layer eglass material. The PUNA Skywalker is a type of fixed wing aircraft with a slow flyer (training glider) character for flight monitoring missions with lightweight materials. Starting with the design process, and the process of comparing the fuselage geometry between the initial design and the manufacturing results. The type of material used in the manufacture of PUNA Skywalker is a 2 layer eglass material with the vacuum bagging method, the results obtained from the comparison of the PUNA Skywalker geometry in the initial design with the fuselage geometry manufactured using 2 layer eglass material. The results obtained in this study are PUNA Skywalker fuselage manufacturing using 2 layer eglass material and a comparison of the initial design geometry with a weight of 3.3 kg and a length of 72cm and the resulting fuselage manufacturing geometry with a weight of 0.157 kg and a length of 60cm.
