Abstract

The volume of warehousing in the airport must be corresponding with cargo loading capacity or the last cargo volume. By increasing of cargo área, it needs calculation to facilitate the arrangement of cargo so the potential damage of cargo could be reduced and easier to handle the process of cargo. The purpose of this research is to know the average at cargo volume at the Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta from 2011 until 2017. And also to forecast cargo until 2025 and calculate the area requirement at the terminal cargo. This research calculate explained certain of analysis with using forecast method, This forecasting method using quantitative analysis time series to estimate cargo volume in 2025. Then it will use to analize cargo volume in 2025 with using extensive calculation method based on Keputusan Menteri number 29 in 2005. From the analysis we got average volume of the cargo in 2011 until 2017 at the Adisutjipto International Airport is 14.378 tons per year. Then it can be forecasted that volume cargo at the Adisutjipto International Airport in 2025 is a 17.871 tons. By using reference Keputusan Menteri number 29 in 2005, we obtained the area requirement of terminal cargo at the Adisutjipto International Airport in 2025 is a 10.292 m2.
