Abstract
On this occasion the author raises the research topic in the Design and Manufacture of Launchers for SUA Series UAV Aircraft, the production process is based on the calculation of the potential energy of the spring and the force produced by the spring so that the author can determine the length of the real launcher to be produced. Preparation of tools and materials in the production process is based on the force required by the SUA series UAV aircraft in order to take off. The launcher manufacturing process begins by determining the type of UAV aircraft to be launched, the spring to be used and the purchase of materials for making the launcher. Based on the calculation and experimental data obtained, the spring constant value is 380.4 N / m, pulled 1.7m then released and is able to push the aircraft with an initial aircraft speed produced by the launcher of 15 m / s.
