Abstract

The GROB G 120 TP-A aircraft is a training aircraft that has entered the ranks of the TNI AU since September 2011, especially at the 102 Wingdikterbang Education Squadron, Adisujipto Air Base, Yogyakarta. At the time of operation will of course find various problems, one of the most common problems is the Hydraulic System. Which is one of the important components in the structure of the aircraft because it serves as a medium to move a system related to other components, such as moving landing gear, nose wheel, flap, brake system to facilitate its operation. To solve the above problems, the method of Realibility Centered Maintenance (RCM) aims to optimize and determine the appropriate and efficient preventive care of a component by determining system function and functional failure, Failure Mode and Effect Critically Analysis table, consequences of failure of hydraulic system components GROB G 120 TP-A aircraft. From the analysis performed using the RCM method, the exact failure consequences for the entire components of the Hydraulic System are the consequences of hidden failures and operational consequences, because many failures do not have direct specific evidence to indicate which parts are problematic but only show functional failures . The risk level of failure of each component of the hydraulic system can be categorized as high risk, because the hydraulic system is one of the important systems of the GROB G 120 TP-A aircraft and if those components fail it will result in safety and operation disruptions, there is a decrease in performance caused by failure functions and produces a fairly high repair cost. Recommended preventive care recommendations for caring for time directed components.
