Abstract

Yogyakarta has 140 universities. Poltekkes TNI AU Adisutjipto is required to have advantages in order to be competitive. For that, it must also be able to plan the right strategy well in order to survive and develop well. In this study, the method used is the QSPM method (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix), which is a method for determining alternative strategic priorities obtained from SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threat).
