Abstract

Every class on a course of study electrical engineering always deals with the knowledge of eksata and many learned theory .Making it easier to understand a course called the theory , always be given the lab work that deals with the theory , who is learned by a student to can is easier to understand a course called the theory .Thus , a lot of equipment lab work that must be provided in a laboratory technique for support lecture in need of evidence and observations by lab work .In addition , lab work is an ingredient exercise students to observe problems that have emerged so that it can be draw conclusion and resolve the problem See the existing problems so FM radio transmitter was built to power 1 watt .A radio transmitter is designed with the methods to locking the frequency of uses the method phase locked loop synthesizers that can be regulated by dip switch that serves to arrange a frequency that will be used .On a system phase locked synthesizers loop that is used is ic tc9122. Based on the results of tests have done it can be concluded that design on system pamancar radio FM work at the frequency of 96,5 mhz with a emitted by 1 watts and value vswr is: 1,1 1.The measurement result distance acceptable to ht yaesu vx-6 maximum 633 yards away, while to signal received by ht that could still be heard the distance 525 meters
