Abstract
Decision Support System is a computer-based system that can help users make a decision. One of the SPK applications is to select outgoing slots in Gunungkidul using the MOORA method. Outbound is an open-air learning method that is based on direct experience in the form of games, discussions and adventures. The participants will have a feedback on the impact of the activities carried out which will be useful for their personal development. The application of the MOORA method is a method that allows to determine the weight of each criterion, then proceed to the ranking to select the best alternative among several alternatives. Personal Home Page (PHP) is a programming language designed for web development. In this study, an outbound location selection application was made in Gunungkidul using the MOORA method, the web-based application was designed, this test was performed using a black box test. The results of this study show that the best location according to weight and ranking criteria with several alternatives is the location of the Ancient Nile Volcano with a value of 0.1507, Getuk Waterfall with a result of 0.0909, with a position result of -0.07192, Wulenpari with result of -0.08854, and the last is indrayanti beach with result of - 0.13179.
