Abstract
Multi-stage centrifugal pumps of closed impeller types are widely used. One of the components of a centrifugal pump is an impeller that is arranged in series attached to the pump shaft. This design aimed to identify the number of levels of a multi-stage centrifugal pump that was designed with a capacity of 100 m3 / hour and the head was 300 meters with a rotating speed of 2900/minute and calculated to draw multilevel impellers using an application inventor. The calculation results showed that a multi-stage centrifugal pump with a capacity of 100 m3 /hour and a 300-meter head with a rotating speed of 2900/minute had the 4 total levels, and the outer diameter of the impeller was 288 mm, the inner diameter of the impeller 110 mm, the outer impeller width was 6, 25 mm, and the inner impeller width was 20 mm. The shaft’s diameter was Ø 50 mm with a size of 14x8 mm spin , the image was disigned with the 2015 autodesk inventor application.
