Abstract

The Target Drone is the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) which is currently often used by the military to improve a country's defense by increasing skills or training. In improving the Target Drone function, no Landing Gear for Take Off is needed. The Target Drone takes Take Off with a tool in the form of a Launcher. Pneumatic is a driving force that is suitable for using the Target Drone AD-05, so the calculation of Pneumatic power requirements for the Launcher is needed. To be able to be used and function properly, modeling is carried out followed by analysis of the Launcher structure. The maintenance is needed to keep the condition of the Launcher in good condition, so the maintenance concept is needed for the launcher. The design process starts with the calculation of Launcher requirements followed by modeling performed using CATIA Software. The model that was created was imported to Ansys for analysis of the Launcher structure. The analysis was carried out with three conditions, namely when Cariage is in the lowest position launched, the Carriage is at its farthest position and analysis of the Puley retaining Hole. After analyzing and obtaining the stress value, a calculation is performed to find out the Margin of Safety is continued by making the Maintenance concept. After being analyzed, it was found that the highest stress value in the Carriage lows was 19.0666 MPa with a Margin of Safety of 15.6258. The highest value of the Carriage is at the farthest position of 23.263 MPa with Margin of Safety 12.6267. The value of the highest voltage in the Hole Puley holder is 51,949 MPa with the Margin of Safety 5.1021. The Maintenance concept that is done is Schedule Maintenance and Unschedule Maintenance. The Maintenance Schedule is divided into Pre Launching Inspection and After Launching Inspection.
