Abstract
Minangkabau International Airport Padang is a gateway airport in West Sumatra Province. It was inaugurated by the President of Indonesia Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on July 25, 2005. This airport is designed to accommodate more than 1,5 million passengers per year, 18.000 tons cargo per year and can be landed with Boeing 747 Series. The flight operations in Minangkabau International Airport Padang have increased day by day. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is analysis of cause and potential hazards on airside Minangkabau International Airport from the highest RPN rank to the lowest RPN rank and to find potential hazard that often on airside obtained from logbook Apron Movement Control Based on the results of research on airside Minangkabau International Airport, it was found potential hazard which had the highest rank is marka runway 33, it is not clear (RPN 324). The potential hazard had the lowest ranki is bird carcasses in runway 33 (RPN 30) and potential hazard that often is oil spill in parking area stand which is 3 times during an interval 17 months or 516 days based on logbook Apron Movement Control.
