Abstract
Bleed air systems on aircraft are used to supply some systems such as air conditioning systems, wing ice protection systems, and others so on, the bleed air supply comes from the compressor engine stages 5 and 9. System It consists of several supporting components before being processed again by the system. systems that require bleed air. There is a possible failure of the bleed air control component fatal consequences, namely in the form of a malfunction of the Control Solenoid (CTL SOL), CTL SOL is a sensor that regulates the amount of bleed air connected by the Pressure Regulator Valve PRV. Based on the maintenance carried out, the first troubleshoot This is done by replacing the PRV, this PRV is components that are suspected to have failed, but after replacement This component still has a fault message. Then troubleshooting continues on components related to PRV, namely CTL SOL. Once done replacing the CTL SOL, the PRV can function properly again.
