Abstract

Hydraulic pump is a motor drive component that is On condition and No Go item, which means this component will be repaired or replaced when it has a failure and is a component that determines whether the aircraft may depart or not. It would be fatal if the hydraulic pump on the Landing gear did not work properly after its function. The method used to overcome the failure of the hydraulic pump on the landing gear is to see the hydraulic pressure on the pressure indicator and check the hydraulic channel of the main landing gear system. Then do the troubleshooting steps on the hydraulic pump The occurrence of faults in the main landing gear hydraulic system is overcome by performing a replacement seal on the hydraulic pump component with a new component. Then a retest is done to ensure the hydraulic pump can work properly again. Indications of the component can work well again, namely when the pressure indicator shows the number 3000psi and does not exceed 3100psi in accordance with the standards on AMM.
