Abstract

Can design and create a Mobile Based Test application for employee certification at Garuda Maintenance Facility Inc. by utilizing restful API. To create a Mobile Based Test application using 2 frameworks, Android Studio and Codeigneter. Android Studio is used to create the GMFAdmin application to monitor certification tests, while GMF AeroAsia is for conducting certification tests. Codeigneter is used to create an Application Programming Interface (API) for media transfer data from applications to databases stored in databases. The Mobile Based Test includes functionality testing and the Whitebox test. Based on the functionality test on the GMFAdmin application states all functions and buttons run according to their functions, whereas in the GMF AeroAsia application all functions and buttons also run according to their functions. In testing using Whitebox GMFAdmin application on 3 paths for 3 days obtained a success rate of 100%, while Whitebox testing on the GMF AeroAsia application on 8 paths for 3 days obtained a success rate of 100%
