Abstract

Determination of priority for Dikpora DIY and PPA scholarship submition at Adisutjipto College of Technology is still done manually. It requires to make criteria for each scholarship in determining the priority of scholarship submission. In determining students who are entitled to receive the scholarship, the Multi Objective On The Basis of Ratio Analysis method is the method that will be used in the process of determining the Dikpora DIY and PPA scholarship because the method is a multi-objective system for optimizing 2 or more contradicting criteria at the same time by applying the 5 steps calculation process from entering values, making a decision matrix, normalizing, optimizing and ranking process is sorted based on the largest total of MOORA value. Based on test results using the applicants data of Dikpora DIY and PPA scholarship in 2019, the similarity rate of Decision Support Systems calculation with student data in determining candidates is 100% in the decision support system of Dikpora DIY scholarship submission priority, while for testing in the decision support system of PPA scholarship submission priority, the result is in determining candidates based on the majors, Decision Support Systems calculations with student data showed similarities for each major are Electrical Engineering by 100%, Industrial Engineering 100%, Informatics 75%, Mechanical Engineering 80%, Aerospace Engineering 50%, and for Aeronautics 50%.
