Abstract

The Robinson R66 helicopter is a small-bodied helicopter that is often used in Indonesia. This helicopter is more flexible for landing in places that are difficult to reach for large-bodied helicopters. This helicopter certainly needs maintenance to reduce the risk of accidents and system failure. Timeliness and efficiency of work in maintenance are the main factors so that helicopters can operate again on time, so that maintenance requires optimizing the number of mechanics according to the workload. This analysis was carried out using the Critical Path Method (CPM) by carrying out forward calculations and backward calculations to obtain critical path (Slack) results. This analysis was continued by calculating the efficiency of Man Hours in the Annual 100 Hours maintenance of the Robinson R66 Helicopter. The results obtained from the analytical calculations are compared with the results of the company's calculations. From the analysis, it was found that the required man hours value was 61.86 man hours, while the man hours value calculated by the company was 111.19 man hours. There is a difference in the man hours results obtained by the author and those from the company of 57.33 man hours. From this value, the percentage of man hours efficiency from Annual 100 Hours maintenance is 44.71%.
