Abstract
The development of the Unmanned Aircraft (PUNA) has been created with a Micro size. The Micro PUNA is an unmanned aircraft that aims to do everything that becomes operational in the military world. For the manufacture of Micro PUNA, this is done using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) which is a machine used in the Manufacturing Industry to produce components for the Engineering Sector in large quantities quickly with a computer program-based system. In making this pattern, the machine used is a 3 axis retrofit type where this machine only has 3 axes of motion, X, Y and Z. Through this research, the results of Deviation Analysis will be obtained so that the percentage value of the accuracy level between the design and the results of the 3 Axis Retrofit CNC machining process is known, namely Pattern Molding. The Deviation Analysis method used is to measure the results of the pattern molding using a calipers with an accuracy of 0.1mm, by dividing the Fuselage section into 21 sections and the Vertical Stabilizer and Rudder into 5 sections. The results of the average percentage error between design data and product measurement data Pattern Molding have been obtained from the results of the average percentage error between design data and measurement data for the height of the fuselage pattern is 0.02% and the width is 0.01%, then for the vertical chord stabilizer is 0.1% and the thickness is 0.028%. As for the chord rudder, it is 0.02% and the thickness of the rudder is 0.024%. Then from these results, the calculation will continue to get the value of accuracy by obtaining the results of the high accuracy value of the fuselage 99.98% and the width of the fuselage 99.99%, and for the results of the accuracy value of the Vertical Stabilizer chord 99.99% and thickness 99.97%, while for the results of the accuracy of the Rudder chord 99.98% and 99.97% thick.
