Abstract

In order for safety, security, and comfort to be maintained, it is necessary to carry out aircraft maintenance, in order to ensure the safety and airworthiness of the aircraft. Calculating the reliability value on the ATR72-600 aircraft component needs to be done considering the aircraft used in a remote area, so knowing the reliability value of the aircraft it can predict and overcome component damage that can occur in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out how to determine the Alert Level for each ATA Chapters and determine the reliability level of aircraft components in the ATA Chapter with highest Alert Level. The analysis carried out used is the Alert Level method and the Weibull distribution by calculating the Alert Level for all ATA Chapter then ranking the removal components that have the highest number of removals and analyzing their reliability using the Weibull distribution. From the result of the calculation of the parameters used, the Alert Level value varies greatly for all ATA Chapters is obtained. Analyzed using the Weibull distribution, the Mean Time Between Unschedule Removal (MTBUR) obtained 285 hours where the average Emergency Battery component performs unscheduled replacement, namely at the age of 285 hours. So that it strengthens the indication of Impiles Wear Out damage, because this component has a value of (FH) in accordance with the provisions of the failure mode.
