Abstract
Vapor compression cooling machine is the most commonly used cooling machine with refrigerant as its cooling medium. Unfortunately, refrigerant contains many dangerous compounds that can cause global warming. That conventional cooling machine now can be replacaed by thermoelectric cooler. With a more simple construction, this cooler is commonly used for small scale purposes. In this final project, the cool box was made by plastic acrylic and xityrofoam. Its cooling system was made by TEC1-12706 and heatsing fan, heat pipe fan and radiator cooling system heat dissipation . Based on the results of the data obtained from testing and calculation results, the lowest load temperature in the cool box is COP price for a thermoelectric cooler box with an HPF heat dissipation unit with an air flow speed of 4.8 m/s at a load of 320ml which is 0.29 and the COP price for thermoelectric cooler box with an air flow rate of 3.8 m/s with a load of 320 ml is 0.31.
