Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly rapid, making many research activities to facilitate various human jobs. One of them is UAV research that aims to make it easier for humans to work in the air. The research results come in the form of the design and manufacture of a crate with a length of 1598 mm with a height of 130 mm and a width of 135 mm which is equipped with a balsa structure to facilitate its congestion monitoring mission, the results of the calculation of the aircraft are subjected to a load which cannot exceed 39 MPa. The pressure applied based on the test is 10.8 Mpa, which is still classified as safe because the balsa wood used is a medium density type capable of withstanding a pressure of 39 Mpa with a safety factor of 3 ,61.
